Don Ghermezian says he's not a believer in MALLS

Don Ghermezian states "I'm not a believer in malls. I've actually forbidden people in my company to use the word mall. We are the opposite of mall" 

Hate to inform you Don, but I am going to add up the total amount of rent I paid to you over 18 years of being a tenant  in your West Edmonton MALL and tell everybody. Then take that number and times it by the square footage of west edmonton mall and then times it by 2 since you own MALL of America, and then remind you how much money you made off of the word MALL from all of the stores that paid for you to be in America trying to open a 3rd and 4th MEGA MALL.

Then he says, "you have to park in our call it 1 of 30,000 stalls and you have to walk through the mall... I don't like to use the word mall" reporter says "caught ya, you said mall"

Also, the word "MALL" is right behind him in the logo to the Mall of America! 

 Save New York from this disaster! I was just in New York, and the expert is right. People are not going to leave New York to go shop there. All this MALL is going to do is steal the wealth from more retailers, trap them in leases in a mall that people only go to for the attractions.  As a retailer who is searching for a new place to open her Miss American Dream store, after the experience I had with West Edmonton Mall, there is no way I would rather be in the American Dream Mall over being in lower Manhattan #MAGA
