Retail Apocalypse! 33 % of Stores Closed! 2014 West Edmonton Mall Directory for Unisex Category



This is a 2014 West Edmonton Mall Directory of the Unisex category that my store was in.  As of today 22 of the 67 stores are closed/stolen.  (33%) 9 have moved, hoping that a better location will help them out.  Trust me, it won't.  At what point does our media decide this needs to be a top story? I am even predicting who will be next.

Retail Apocalypse- 38% Ladies Wear 37% Unisex 46% Shoe Stores Closed in West Edmonton Mall

since i last blogged about this in October, 4 more stores have closed from this list Banana Republic, West 49, and Stitches from the Unisex category, and Suzy Shier from the Ladies Wear category.  I predicted Suzy Shier and Banana Republic to close. This brings us to a 38% FAILURE in ladie's wear, and a 37% Failure in Unisex since the 2014 West Edmonton Mall mall directory Shoe store FAILURE rate is at 40% since the 2014 mall directory 14/35 stores are closed (see below) 37% Failure in Unisex category since the 2014 West Edmonton Mall mall directory 42% of mens wear stores have closed in west edmonton mall since 2014 mall directory 46 % OF SHOE STORES HAVE CLOSED SINCE THE 2014 MALL DIRECTORY 47 % of Gift and Specialty Stores have closed in West Edmonton Mall since the 2014 directory.
