Is the American Dream Mall convincing Retailers to Close Stores in New York and open in New Jersey?

West Edmonton Mall owns this 3-5 billion dollar project called the American Dream Mall located in New Jersey. Of the confirmed 15 stores on this list, 2 are closing their New York locations. Gap and Lord & Taylor. Is this why? possibly they have been sold the idea that they will do better in New Jersey. What they don't know, is they won't.   this mall is a duplicate of what I was stuck in for 18 years. A mall that even when I was in the busiest location, it was still a disaster.  I was in 8 different locations with a store that looked amazing in all 8 spaces.  A mall where even Tiffany's  & Co had days where they sold nothing. all day. this is a disaster for both New York and New Jersey. President Trump needs to read my blog and stop them from destroying retail more than they already have.

West Edmonton Mall convinced Louis Vuitton to leave its location in Holt Renfrew City Centre to move to their mall, so I guarantee they are trying to do the same thing in New York City, trying to get all these retailers to move to their American Dream Mall in New Jersey!
