I'm here so I won't get fined! West Edmonton Mall Police State!



I had many more FINES. they started taking photos of your store if you were late opening and then the next day you would show up and the FINE would be under your door. They didn't even have the dignity to give it to you in person!!!!! 
my neighbour had fines for burnt out light bulbs, and my other neighbour had fines for pushing his racks out too far in to the common area...
my fines were because i was late opening
